Mortar(non deinked pulp) passes through the pulp inlet pipe by slurry pump, the slurry with a concentration of 0.8%-1.2% is sent into the first section flotation tank. When the pulp is sprayed by air bubbles, the air is sucked in and mixed with the slurry, the tiny air bubbles formed are evenly distributed in the slurry and discharged by diffuser at the bottom of the tank. The tiny bubbles float to the surface of the liquid with the ink particles and ash from the slurry, overflow through the weir board and overflow into the bubble collection tank on both sides. The good pulp is sucked out by the suction pump through the bottom of the tank vacuum box, from the top through the next section of flotation tank into the bubble generator, thus carries on the flotation and repeats many times until arrive at the last section flotation tank. The foam of each flotation tank enters the foam collecting tank, and is discharged from the foam collecting tank, sent to the second flotation tank and flotation deinking in recycling of most of the fibers in the foam, return to the first flotation section to flotation deinking to reduce the loss of the fiber. The foam through the second section flotation is send to sludge treatment system for treatment.
